What the statuses mean
- Order received
- We have your order and payment is confirmed.
- Processing
- The order is being picked and packed. This normally takes 1–2 business days.
- Shipped
- The carrier has the parcel and a tracking number is available.
- Out for delivery
- The parcel is on a vehicle for delivery today.
- Delivered
- The carrier has recorded the parcel as delivered.
Once a parcel is with the carrier, the carrier's own tracking page is the most up-to-date source. If tracking has not moved for more than three business days, contact us.
